At HelpMe we have a deep respect for South Africa’s municipal fire services, many of whom operate under tight budgets and growing demand. Like most public services, they are often asked to do more with less. That’s why HelpMe and Fidelity Secure Fire have collaborated. Not to replace, but to reinforce.

Our mission is to work alongside public services, reducing the strain on municipal systems and offering peace of mind with local based private fire response. All HelpMe members in currently in the 4051 postcode who take one or more of our amazing upgrades will receive free, inclusive Fidelity Secure Fire, fire response in the event of any fire at home.
