Often when we call back, our member is safe and all is well. Our crisis team can relax. However, should the worst happen and you can’t answer, be sure that we know you are in trouble. We have your exact location, and we can see the direction and speed if you are moving. This gives us critical extra data, which we can use to coordinate help.

Often, our concerns turn out to be false alarms, but if the worst does happen suddenly, we may not have time to call someone, and so no-one will know you need help or where you are.

Just swipe, and our crisis team will call you back immediately. If you answer and you are fine, that’s great! No harm done and we are happy that you are safe.

But, If you cannot answer, we will assume there is a serious problem and we will send help to your exact location as fast as possible.

Guardian Alert won’t stop bad things from happening, but it can prevent your crisis from becoming a total nightmare.

Important:

In a crisis family or SAPS cannot be sure to respond. We recommend all members to upgrade to the HelpMe Tactical Response option for R19pm. This gives HelpMe members full access to our tactical response network of over 2500 armed response teams.
