HelpMe 4051 Community Alert is a partnership between HelpMe and Marshall Security, now officially recommended by both CPFs as the way for all residents of 4051 to request emergency help anywhere in Durban North.
HelpMe’s data-free Community Alert lets you report any serious medical, crime, fire or security emergency with just a swipe. Within seconds, Marshall Security Control receives your details and live location, calls you back and asks what kind of support you need.
Marshall Security coordinate the right response, ambulances, SAPS, fire services or crime reporting, and for any confirmed security incident, Marshall Security will send their own team to assist. After swiping, CPF members are still encouraged to send a group WhatsApp message as usual. Swipe First, Then Type.
To access Community Alert, download the HelpMe app. As a 4051 resident, you’ll also get FREE private fire response at home through our partnership with Fidelity Secure Fire for 12 months worth R228. Just update your 4051 address in the app’s profile section to activate both your Community Alert button and your free fire cover.
Once activated, HelpMe and Community Alert are completely free to use. Download HelpMe, activate Community Alert and support Project 4051 today.
