As soon as our crisis team identify that the member is not able to answer their phone following a panic request, we will automatically assume there has been an attack and we will dispatch our nearest responder to the location from which the panic was sent. This is where we will most often find the member and we can then take them to safety and arrange any medical treatment required

Using tracking data from the members cellphone we are able to assess if there has been “unusual activity” after the panic was received. Often the hijackers will then switch the cellphone off which also tells us that something is probably wrong, especially if the members battery was charged, which we can see in the crisis centre.

These multiple data points, give our specialist security crisis team everything they need and if an attack is suspected,

Response teams are sent.
